Estos alimentos est\u00e1n incluidos en la Base de Datos de Alimentos, BADALI, disponible en abierto en la web https:\/\/badali.umh.es. Aqu\u00ed se recogen m\u00e1s de 3000 alimentos para los que se proporciona la composici\u00f3n nutricional y varios elementos de an\u00e1lisis. Otra segunda l\u00ednea del grupo se dedica a la caracterizaci\u00f3n de alimentos y complementos alimenticios para su posible uso como ingredientes funcionales de alimentos espec\u00edficos para la salud. These foods are included in the Food Database, BADALI, available in open access on the web https:\/\/badali.umh.es. This database contains more than 3,000 foods for which the nutritional composition and various elements of analysis are provided. Another second line of the group is dedicated to the characterization of foods and food supplements for possible use as functional ingredients for specific health foods.
