Participants will be introduced to the basic techniques of dissemination and oral and written communication, including social networks. It will also show the procedures to generate short and attractive messages, monologue type, whose short duration (1-5 minutes) allows to transmit ideas in a very dynamic way, and to resort to improvisation, which is very useful in any communication activity. \nEl programa de estas jornadas incluye conferencias divulgativas de cient\u00edficas y profesionales de las STEM, relato personal de sus trayectorias profesionales, y en algunas ediciones, tambi\u00e9n talleres de experimentos y teatro cient\u00edfico. Todo ello con los objetivos de visibilizar las aportaciones de mujeres relevantes en las \u00e1reas de Ciencias e Ingenier\u00edas, y alentar que las chicas y chicos se acerquen a estas disciplinas sin estereotipos.<\/p>\n\n

The program of these days includes informative lectures by scientists and STEM professionals, personal accounts of their professional careers, and in some editions, also workshops of experiments and scientific theater. All this with the aim of making visible the contributions of relevant women in the areas of Science and Engineering, and encourage girls and boys to approach these disciplines without stereotypes.<\/p>\n\n
