Expertos en el desarrollo de electr\u00f3nica wearable para la monitorizaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros biom\u00e9tricos y en la aplicaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas de inteligencia artificial (IA) para el diagn\u00f3stico precoz de patolog\u00edas y\/o la mejora de la calidad de vida de los usuarios. En el \u00e1mbito de la cirug\u00eda trabajamos en el desarrollo de nuevos sistemas de imagen m\u00e9dica intraoperatoria, basados en RF y US, para su aplicaci\u00f3n a la cirug\u00eda rob\u00f3tica guiada por imagen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bioingenieria.umh.es\/files\/2021\/12\/med-robotics-1-e1620808198633.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-749\" src=\"https:\/\/bioingenieria.umh.es\/files\/2021\/12\/med-robotics-1-e1620808198633.jpg\" alt=\"med robotics 1\" width=\"500\" height=\"265\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;font-weight: 400\"><i>Investigaci\u00f3n sobre nBio &#8211; Grupo de Rob\u00f3tica M\u00e9dica<\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>L\u00cdNEAS DE INVESTIGACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>L\u00ednea 1: Rob\u00f3tica quir\u00fargica<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Los incre\u00edbles avances en cirug\u00eda conseguidos en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os han sido posibles en parte gracias a la inclusi\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda en el quir\u00f3fano y al desarrollo de nuevas herramientas rob\u00f3ticas que permiten al cirujano realizar su trabajo de una forma m\u00e1s eficaz y eficiente. Nuestro lema en esta l\u00ednea pretende desarrollar una cooperaci\u00f3n entre el cirujano y el sistema rob\u00f3tico que le permita realizar su trabajo de una manera mejor, lograr nuevos enfoques quir\u00fargicos y hacer un uso eficiente de la tecnolog\u00eda. Hemos realizado proyectos para abordar la cirug\u00eda MIS, SILS, HALS,&#8230; y tanto para la cirug\u00eda abdominal como para la neurocirug\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bioingenieria.umh.es\/files\/2021\/12\/med-robotics-2-e1620808274172.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-750\" src=\"https:\/\/bioingenieria.umh.es\/files\/2021\/12\/med-robotics-2-e1620808274172.jpg\" alt=\"med robotics 2\" width=\"500\" height=\"339\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><i style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sala de operaciones de rob\u00f3tica quir\u00fargica del grupo<\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>L\u00ednea 2:\u00a0Cirug\u00eda guiada por imagen<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">La posibilidad de disponer de informaci\u00f3n intraoperatoria tanto anat\u00f3mica como funcional abre un abanico de opciones para que el cirujano realice mejor su trabajo. Trabajamos en la investigaci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas para ampliar la informaci\u00f3n y mostrarla al cirujano de forma eficiente. Hemos realizado equipos de imagen m\u00e9dica basados en antenas de radiofrecuencia tanto para la exploraci\u00f3n mamaria como para la neurocirug\u00eda. Tambi\u00e9n hemos investigado t\u00e9cnicas de imagen para mostrar US-Intraoperativo en im\u00e1genes preoperatorias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bioingenieria.umh.es\/files\/2021\/12\/med-robotics-3-e1620808577286.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-751\" src=\"https:\/\/bioingenieria.umh.es\/files\/2021\/12\/med-robotics-3-e1620808577286.jpg\" alt=\"med robotics 3\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><i style=\"font-weight: 400\">Im\u00e1genes de fusi\u00f3n de nuevas im\u00e1genes de RF para la cirug\u00eda guiada por im\u00e1genes de RM<\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>L\u00ednea 3: Electr\u00f3nica sanitaria para llevar puesta<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">El desarrollo conjunto de electr\u00f3nica de salud vestible, capaz de adquirir biose\u00f1ales, y de nuevos algoritmos de IA, capaces de inferir informaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica a partir de las biose\u00f1ales es hoy una de las herramientas m\u00e1s potentes para la detecci\u00f3n temprana y el manejo de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas. Investigamos en el desarrollo de soluciones ad-hoc para patolog\u00edas espec\u00edficas, como el TEA, la epilepsia, el parkinson o la diabetes. Nuestro trabajo incluye el dise\u00f1o electr\u00f3nico, la programaci\u00f3n de microcontroladores, la gesti\u00f3n de datos y el desarrollo de IA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bioingenieria.umh.es\/files\/2021\/12\/med-robotics-4-e1620808643124.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-752\" src=\"https:\/\/bioingenieria.umh.es\/files\/2021\/12\/med-robotics-4-e1620808643124.jpg\" alt=\"med robotics 4\" width=\"450\" height=\"337\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><i style=\"font-weight: 400\">Arquitectura de los wearables desarrollados para TEA<\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>L\u00ednea 4: Tecnolog\u00edas para la diabetes<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">El desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico para la diabetes ha supuesto un gran cambio en la autogesti\u00f3n de esta patolog\u00eda cr\u00f3nica. Nuevas investigaciones sobre mejores sensores continuos de glucosa no invasivos (NICGM), nuevos algoritmos de control de bucle cerrado con nuevas capacidades, nuevos modelos de sistemas de glucosa-insulina o sistemas para automatizar el recuento de carbohidratos mejorar\u00e1n a\u00fan m\u00e1s esta autogesti\u00f3n. Investigamos el desarrollo de NICGMs basados en microondas y multifrecuencia que permiten el desarrollo de algoritmos de IA para el c\u00e1lculo de la glicemia.
