Adem\u00e1s de los factores de transcripci\u00f3n, los factores epigen\u00e9ticos tambi\u00e9n contribuyen a la reprogramaci\u00f3n transcripcional creando una configuraci\u00f3n de cromatina activa o silenciosa; algunos de ellos son esenciales para mantener la actividad de las c\u00e9lulas madre.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-693 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/bioingenieria.umh.es\/files\/2021\/12\/arolab-portada-142x300-1.png\" alt=\"arolab portada\" width=\"142\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>El sistema radicular joven de las plantas de tomate se compone principalmente de ra\u00edces adventicias que emergen del hipoc\u00f3tilo, tambi\u00e9n conocidas como ra\u00edces de brote.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>L\u00cdNEAS DE INVESTIGACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>L\u00ednea 1: Control gen\u00e9tico de la reprogramaci\u00f3n celular durante la formaci\u00f3n de \u00f3rganos de novo en plantas<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Hemos establecido un modelo para la formaci\u00f3n de ra\u00edces adventicias inducidas por heridas (wiAR) en los hipoc\u00f3tilos de tomate en el que genes espec\u00edficos que responden a la auxina activan la divisi\u00f3n celular cambial y la especificaci\u00f3n del primordio de la ra\u00edz en un subconjunto de c\u00e9lulas vasculares. Mediante la combinaci\u00f3n de enfoques gen\u00e9ticos y bioqu\u00edmicos, identificaremos las redes reguladoras de genes implicadas en la formaci\u00f3n de wiAR y su conservaci\u00f3n en otras v\u00edas regenerativas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-714 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/bioingenieria.umh.es\/files\/2021\/12\/arolab-linea-1-298x300-1.png\" alt=\"arolab l\u00ednea 1\" width=\"298\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>Secci\u00f3n transversal del haz vascular que muestra la iniciaci\u00f3n de un primordio wiAR.
